Shoutout already 2 yrs old. This is the 1st time 2 celebration in history. Last yrs hv announced celebration but nobody join bcos shoutout still new n no famous that time. This celeration held at 5th floor, Taman Kheng Tian, Jalan Van Praagh, Penang on saturday, 12 april 2008. there were more than 30 shouters and I'm happy 2 meet many shouters especially shouters who'ss from other states.
